Intensives for Polyamorous Relationships
Intensives are premium therapy packages that accelerate the therapy process and consist of longer, more comprehensive sessions developed with an integration of therapy, interactive in-session and take home exercises that allow clients to get deeper into the healing process sooner and get results faster.

Why Choose an Intensive?

Intensives are helpful for romantic partners who travel frequently for work, are facing a big disruption or major life events and do not have the ability to attend weekly therapy. This approach allows multiple romantic partners to address significant issues within a therapeutic container, in a shorter amount of time than spending 9-12 months in traditional weekly therapy.

Intensives are particularly powerful and transformative for romantic partners who are feeling stuck and are struggling to effectively address major or recurring conflicts, build or rebuild intimacy, and navigate new challenges together. Intensives create more space for emotional processing and open dialogue to address issues such as betrayal trauma or other emotional injuries that have disrupted the connection within the relationship.
Intensives for Polyamorous Relationships are a premium therapy service
specifically designed and curated to cater to your relationship’s needs.

Intensives are designed to strengthen communication and deepen connection and understanding between partners/spouses with less distraction from the life events and other responsibilities that occur between weekly sessions which can delineate a the therapeutic progress.

Experience and research shows that couples are able to get deeper into the therapeutic process and achieve faster results when they engage in longer therapy sessions with fewer life disruptions. It allows the therapist to facilitate an integration of interactive therapeutic exercises that require more time to move couples further into the therapeutic process in a shorter amount of time than in 9 months of traditional weekly 50-minute sessions.
